Job Description:

The Subject Matter Expert provides expert advice and recommendations for programs, contracts, and/or topics relevant to the area of human resources and organizational performance as it relates to workforce strategies, and workforce analysis.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provides subject matter expertise for organizational performance as it relates to workforce strategies, and workforce analysis in the area of classification management to ensure alignment with policies, guidance and directives issue by OPM. Attends meetings and provides input associated with their area of expertise. Participates in writing/formulating documents and evaluations/recommendations.

Required Skills

Experience, Education and Licensure:

Two years as a Subject Matter Expert III or equivalent experience Master of Arts or Science (MA/MS) degree in associated technical discipline. 25+ years of senior level management and organizational experience and support. 30+ years of progressively advancing senior level management and high-level organizational experience and support. Sample candidates include former Generals, Admirals, high-level government appointees, and members of the SES. Must be a US citizen with a valid US passport and possess or obtain/maintain a minimum a SECRET clearance. Experience with managing profit/loss responsibility, top-level organizational management experience. Management experience in maintenance, operations and organization of facilities in million dollar + projects. Ability to develop and apply advanced methods for organizational performance support, strategic planning, and interact with high-level government officials.
Physical Requirements:

Essential functions may require maintaining physical condition necessary for frequently bending, stooping, sitting, walking or standing for prolonged periods of time; most of time is spent sitting in a comfortable position with the opportunity to move about. Occasionally there may be a need to move or lift moderately light items up to 35 pounds. Near visual acuity to review written documentation; ability to hear and understand speech at normal room levels and on the telephone; manual dexterity to operate a telephone and keyboard; lift horizontally and vertically. Work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Work Environment:

Job is performed in an office setting with exposure to computer screens and requires extensive use of a computer, keyboard, mouse and multi-line telephone system. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Additional Qualifying Factors:

Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a secret security clearance. In addition, a satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for Tatitlek are required. Tatitlek Shareholder preference is applicable.
