Job Description:


This position will work directly with the government personnel in meeting the administrative needs of the project and its staff, and is covered under the Service Contract Act (SCA).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Traditional administrative/clerical support roles, including but not limited to answering the telephone, typing/word processing of documents, maintaining calendars and setting up meetings, making travel arrangements, copying, faxing, greeting visitors, setting up files, tracking expenses, and coordinating building and equipment maintenance. Completing work is with/without established procedures
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Required Skills

Education and Experience:

High school diploma/GED or equivalent One (1) year of relevant experience Verifiable experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Dictation is a plus
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Work in a support role supporting senior management and team Make travel arrangements, expense reports, schedule meetings and maintain calendars Establish and maintain effective working relationships across all organizational lines Handle information of a highly sensitive and confidential nature Prioritize and organize own work to meet agreed upon deadlines Work with others as part of a team
Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Additional Qualifying Factors:

As a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results. May be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Only US citizens are eligible for a security clearance. Tatitlek Shareholder preference applies.
