Career Opportunity
We are currently seeking candidates for a Senior Controls Analyst to provide direct support to the Department of the Navy, U.S. Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Program Executive Office (PEO) Aircraft Carriers In-Service Program Office (PMS 312).

Responsibilities
Duties

Candidate will provide direct support to the PEO Aircraft Carriers CFO; Assist the PEO Aircraft Carriers COR in developing the PEO Aircraft Carriers MIC Plan and associated checklists;Assist the PEO Aircraft Carriers COR to conduct internal reviews and spot checks;Assist the PEO Aircraft Carriers COR manage, monitor and report on the status of all PEO Aircraft Carriers Contracts;Assist the PEO Aircraft Carriers COR manage, review, update, and report on the status of internal controls to ensure compliance with DoD and NAVSEA policies and procedures;Assist the PEO Aircraft Carriers COR schedule and conduct meetings with Program Office representatives regarding the status and status reporting of PEO Aircraft Carriers Contracts;Assist the PEO Aircraft Carriers COR develop metrics and briefings regarding the status of PEO Aircraft Carriers Contracts;Assist the PEO Aircraft Carriers COR conduct and respond to DoD and NAVSEA Audits;Assist the PEO Aircraft Carriers COR develop metrics and briefings regarding DoD and NAVSEA AuditsDevelop Briefing material in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Office Develop Training MaterialDevelopment of POA&Ms and Project PlansDoD/DoN Auditing skillsMIC Program experience

Education

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Management, Administration, or similar area with 5 years of related experience, or Masters with 3 years of related experience

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer interaction skills Controls / Finance / Audit experience Active SECRET clearance Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint Advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook Strong analytical skills along with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize activitiesDesired Qualifications

Prior US Navy Internal controls experience
