Enterprise Information Services is looking for a junior level Business Analyst to support our USPS client in Memphis, TN. Performs Business/Functional Analysis for enterprise applications that integrate data from multiple data sources into a cohesive analytical data warehouse to provide business intelligence solutions. Supports data analysis, requirements gathering, software testing, and production support, in an Agile rapid development environment.
Responsibilities
Develop understanding of client business processes, objectives, and solution requirements. Participate in project work groups with subject matter experts and stakeholders to understand data specific needs. Work with Technical resources and end users to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions, define detailed system requirements and business rules. Develop understanding of application processes. Participate in solution design sessions. Support production deployment and validations. Provide client business support work with large streams of data for data analytics/mining, manual reports, Qlik reports, presentation creation support. Able to communicate status to team lead / project oversight.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder and must be able to obtain Public Trust clearance and pass a drug screen. Associate's degree or 2 years of experience in lieu of a degree and 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. 2-4 years of professional experience providing technical, business, and functional analysis support, preferably in a large-scale enterprise environment. Knowledge of UI/UX, Data Visualization designs. Ability to work well in a strong collaborative team-oriented environment. Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Some requirements gathering and Software testing experience. Strong communications skills.
