Job Title: Director of Business Development

CKS Financial,located in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake, is looking for a motivated Directorof Business Development to join our growing team! We are looking for the best and most ethicalpeople to carry out our mission of being a “responsible debt collectionagency”.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business needs
Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships
Partner with marketing and operations team to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
Collaborate with teams to ensure contract specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up to date on industry news
Communicates client needs and demands to employer company
Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients
Other duties asdirected by management.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degreeor equivalent work experience in related field
· Minimum 3 yearssuccessful experience selling 3rd party receivables managementservices
· Demonstratedachievement in B2B sales
· Excellent oral andwritten communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
· Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications as well as industry-specific analysis software
· Basicunderstanding of the industry, with the ability to become a subject matterexpert on the job
· Ability to work ina fast-paced, team environment
· Innovation andproblem-solving skills that include the ability to develop and proposeequipment- based solutions for clients
