Duties include, but are not limited to:
Interpret contracts and modifications to track financial needs and performance Perform budget formulation and execution to track and monitor contract financial performance Review and coordinate funding actions with Program Manager/Business Manager, Program Leads, Contracting Officers and Contracting Officer Representatives Perform reconciliation of all program funding and obligations Prepare standard monthly and ad hoc financial performance reports with forecasts of Estimate to Complete and Estimate at Completion Develop and maintain financial management database for the program (Financial Dashboard and Financial Summary) Responsible for developing comprehensive performance and financial presentations to FAA customer Review monthly invoices for completeness and accuracy before submission for payment Coordinate and manage program personnel travel budget planning, expenditure tracking, and reporting Review and approve travel and expense reports to ensure submissions conform with guidelines of the contract Coordinate and host (in absence of PM) monthly and bi-weekly team meetings
Job Requirements
Ability to understand and interpret contract and financial policy Detail-oriented Proficient in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) Experience in clearly and concisely communicating and displaying financial data Possess analytical skills
SECURITY CLEARANCE: The ability to successfully obtain and maintain a U.S. Suitability/Public Trust Background Clearance
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Management with 5 years of relevant experience
