Job Description:

JMA Solutions, a leading government contractor for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has a full-time opportunity for a Program Analyst. The Program Analyst will perform program analysis functions associated with the ongoing business and financial management program activities of the Navigation Services Directorate. Also, the incumbent will support activities related to the transition of financial management and business processes. This position is located in Arlington, VA.
Duties, with general supervision, include:
Program planning; Preparation and analysis of program related data; Review of program status; Preparation of reports; Coordinating, scheduling, and arranging meetings; Preparation of materials for program briefings and presentations; Program coordination with FAA Headquarters and regional office personnel, and facility personnel; Conduct of program and project control processes; etc. Required to perform various types of project/program analysis, and to provide occasional general logistics support. Requires general supervision and is expected to perform most task assignments independently except for those complex or complicated task assignments requiring guidance from more experienced senior Program Analysts. May provide guidance to less experienced Program Analysts.  

Job Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience performing qualitative and quantitative analyses, including, but not limited to, project planning and execution, life cycle acquisition planning and management, risk analysis and mitigation plan development. Also requires demonstrated Cost/Schedule Controls System Criteria experience for complex programs, specifically knowledge of contractor earned value/performance reporting and analysis. Demonstrated experience with work breakdown structures, cost accounting principles, schedule development and analysis, earned value measurement, and technical performance measurement is required.  
DESIRED SKILLS:
Instrument Landing Systems (ILS), or Distance measuring Equipment (DME), or Reviewing contracts, or Government acquisition  
SECURITY CLEARANCE: The ability to successfully obtain and maintain a U.S. Suitability/Public Trust Background Clearance
 
EDUCATION: A bachelor's degree is required. Nine years work experience in a related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.
 
SALARY: Negotiable depending on level of experience and education levels. JMA offers a full benefits package with vision, health, dental and life insurance as well as a 401k match.
