Duties include, but are not limited to:
Ability to coordinate across multiple lines of business Coordination with program mangers Schedule meetings with project participants and stakeholders Developing project briefings and documentation Maintain tracking sheets; monthly status reports and dashboards Record and draft meeting minutes for the various efforts Maintain an ongoing action item list for the respective projects assigned Manage the logistics for active training contract, conduct biweekly training status meeting with FAA customer and instructor liaison
Job Requirements
Must possess experience in conducting research, evaluations, analyses, and studies, and present recommendations/solutions. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite of programs especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Travel is required for the position
SECURITY CLEARANCE: The ability to successfully obtain and maintain a U.S. Suitability/Public Trust Background Clearance
EDUCATION: Must possess 3-5 years of Program Analyst experience and a Bachelor's Degree.
