JMA Solutions, a leading government contractor for the Federal Aviation Administration, has a full-time opportunity for a Senior J2EE Developer. This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Develops, modifies, and applies computer modeling and programming applications to analyze and solve mathematical and scientific problems affecting system and program performance. Participates in all phases of scientific and engineering projects such as research, design, development, testing, modeling, simulating, training, and documentation. Responsible for development, review and approval of WebServices/API in an organized and cohesive manner using industry accepted frameworks. Understands, and applies the creation of data architecture principles. Identifies and comprehends the implications of security decisions and recommendations across multiple domain areas. Identifies and performs evaluation of innovation opportunities of emerging SOA and API technologies. Evaluates new WebServices technologies, and configurations

Design and develop new WebServices supporting 15 plus mission critical applications Data Architect/PL SQL Developer Knowledge of Spring JPA with hibernate is required for persistence experience using Apache CXF, Axis2 framework for Webservices
Required Skills:
Design and develop new WebServices supporting 15 plus mission critical applications Support existing WebServices and develop new services for enhancements for internal WebServices Design security authentication to the existing WebServices Experience in developing and maintaining SOAP and RESTful services and web application using JAVA, J2EE, JSon, JQuery, JUnit, SpringMVC Provides production maintenance support Knowledge of Spring JPA with Hibernate is required for persistence Experience using Apache CXF, Axis2 framework for WebServices Able to manipulate back end Oracle DB with expertise in CRUD operations Good management and analysis skills for managing Production issues Experience to analyze the code for the cross-impacts while designing enhancements for releases Define, design Web Service API s for exposing functionalities to client applications. Work with different system owners for application integrations between systems Ability to read XML, understand and build schemas (DTD, XSD files) and craft XML based on schemas. Security knowledge - SSL, LDAP, Web Service Security (WSS), certificates Working knowledge of Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) - Synapse Working infrastructure knowledge - Apache, Tomcat, Linux

Team lead experience Working knowledge in JavaScript Have worked in development tools - Jira, Git and Confluence Worked in Agile/Scrum team environment Having worked at FAA in the past is a plus Working knowledge of JMS Queues Working knowledge of SoapUI Working knowledge of devOps middleware - Jenkins, Maven, Artifactory, Ansible

EDUCATION: Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. Math and/or Science and a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. For Information Technology Systems Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Network Analysis/Design/Test, any combination of Degree and relevant experience will be considered if the relevant experience requirement is satisfied.
