Overview
IPKeys Technologies is seeking a Sr. Cyber Security SME to join our team at Army Intelligence Community (IC) in Centreville, VA. Candidate will need to be knowledgeable with the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes. Support the Army IC customer at the highest levels in the development and implementation of doctrine and policies. Applies expertise to common user Army enterprise information systems and tactical endpoints, as well as to dedicated special purpose systems requiring specialized security features and procedures. The Cyber Security Specialist will be instrumental in ensuring categorization of the Information System (IS), selection of the baseline security controls, implementation of security controls, assessment of security controls, authorization of IS, and continuous monitoring of the IS. Provides work direction and guidance to other personnel; ensures accuracy of the work of other personnel, operates under deadlines, able to work on multiple tasks. May be tasked with assisting with developing a System Security Plan artifacts.

Responsibilities
Identify, develop (either directly, or in coordination with applicable experts), and incorporate common artifacts found in RMF authorization package, e.g., system architecture and boundaries, hardware and software inventories, risk assessment reports, POA&Ms, data flows, COOP, PPSM accounting, and other necessary system, network, and application documentation This individual will be responsible for developing RMF packages Take a Program of Record through a full security assessment and maintain an ATO Identify and Assess security controls for VMware, Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and other commercial, government, and custom developed software Provide software developers, engineers, and architects guidance on overall cybersecurity best practices influencing decisions, processes, and program objectives

Qualifications
Knowledge and experience identifying, assessing, and documenting compliance against applicable DoD security controls (technical, management, operational), Army and IC regulations, etc., within the RMF package Experience with virtualization and software defined networks Experience working with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and common development team management approaches Familiarity with the use of vulnerability scanning and assessment tools necessary to identify and document compliance Knowledge of and ability to use applicable compliance and authorization reporting environments to document the progress of A&A Ability to identify, interpret and evaluate major applications infrastructure, enclaves, and Enterprise system environments based on proposed authorization boundaries Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong verbal and written communications and interpersonal skill

Experience
10+ years experience in the field or related area Must have experience with Linux and Virtualization

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer science/engineering, cyber security, information systems management, or other engineering

Security
Qualified candidates must maintain an active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility
