Job Title: Cyber Security Program Manager

Solutions By Design II, LLC (SBD) is seeking a Cyber Security Program Manager to join our team in support of our US Federal Government customer in Washington, DC. Responsibilities will include management oversight of teams providing all-encompassing Cyber Security support services.

The Cyber Security Program Manager will have prior experience with networks such as Non-Classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), Secret Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET); Experience working with sensitive information such as Personally Identifiable Information (PII), Sensitive Personally Identifiable Information (SPII), Sensitive Security Information (SSI), and For Official Use Only (FOUO) Information; Experience with system and network Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and other applicable standards necessary to protect the customer's networks. The Cyber Security Program Manager will have experience managing a large team responsible for the following:
FISMA Policies, Procedures and Reporting Security Authorization Process (SAP) Security Control Assessment (SCA) Risk Management Framework (RMF) Systems Security Plans (SSP) FIPS 199 standards NIST 800-53 series Familiarity and experience with risk management tools Authority to Test Authority to Operate (ATO) Incident Response procedures Network traffic and firewall logs Router and switch logs Security Event and Incident Management System (SEIM) data Active Directory/Exchange Events Anti-virus/anti-malware Events Network Scanning Compliance Asset Identification, Software Distribution, Patching, and Compliance Tracking Contingency Planning/Disaster Recovery Enterprise architecture compliance Web application development and maintenance 508 Accessibility Requirements Knowledgeable of IT Data Analytics Concepts Knowledgeable of Cyber Security Concepts Skilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Passionate about Cyber Security and the mission of protecting critical infrastructure and systems Enjoy working as a team and as an individual Willing to go the extra mile to deliver on your commitments Ensure product quality and timeliness of work, providing advice and guidance, resolving problems to meet objectives

Additional Requirements and Responsibilities: Bachelor's Degree in Cyber Security or related field is required. Advanced Degree in Information Technology, Business Management or similar fields is highly desirable 10+ years of experience in Cyber Security Prior experience managing large federal programs Prior experience supporting Federal Government agencies is highly desirable Must have an active PMP certification CISSP highly desirable Must be a US Citizen with an active Top Secret clearance Experience with aiding in Business Development efforts Prior experience writing RFP responses (technical solutions, capabilities statements, etc.)
