As a Construction Engineer assigned to a domestic duty post in one of the branches of either the Construction Operations Division or Construction Support Division of OBO/CFSM/CM, the contractor performs a wide range of engineering functions in support of planning, implementation, and oversight of assigned project(s). The incumbent provides engineering expertise to and works with assigned project team members to achieve the highest possible priority and effectiveness in meeting the scope, schedule, and cost goals of the OBO Construction Management projects.
