ARServices is looking for an experienced coordinator to serve are the relocation planner and move scheduler in support of a DoD client. The selected candidate will work with project teams to establish priorities, defining the parameters within which the individual moves occur, and identifying and resolving issues affecting the move sequences.
Meet with tenants to brief occupants on the relocation process in preparation for the move; Inventory existing tenant furniture and equipment to identify items to be moved, reallocated, surplused or stored Apply knowledge and skills to assist Government personnel with the drafting of Statements of Work (SOW) for move contractors to submit proposals, the preparation of an Independent Government Contract Estimate (IGCE) and oversight of move contractors during execution Perform data entry into the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) to ensure audit readiness in accordance with the DoD mandated Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness Program (FIAR) Requirements
