The Digital Marketing Engagement Lead is responsible for defining and delivering innovative omni-channel campaigns with focus on improving customer experience. This role will coordinate closely with the agile in-market teams and the Consumer IT platform leads.

The selected candidate:
Leads an agile team of subject matter experts able to deliver end-to-end cross-channel customer journeys and innovative digital marketing programs in the US, Latin America, and Canada.Deeply understands the business priorities and the customer engagement strategies in the healthcare industryIs able to recommend the best fit for purpose solutionsSolves business and technology challenges related to improving customer experienceHelps with the change management process during the digital transformation and technology adoption by the business usersBuilds trust among cross-functional teams and engages with the market and IT leaders to prioritize digital acceleration projects
Qualifications

Education Minimum Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Related field

Required Experience and Skills:
Ability to execute complex marketing programs in matrix structuresDeep understanding of digital marketing channels and technologies to implement omni-channel orchestrated campaigns Deep knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Veeva CRM, Online advertising, digital analytics and email marketingExperience with the customer journey mapping, cross-channel campaign journeys building and trackingDigital marketing, Customer Engagement and Customer Experience best practiceExcellent presentation, analytics and communication skills are required to communicate/persuade cross-functional stakeholders towards specific actions and initiativesAbility to build strong cross-functional partnerships Experience in managing teamsHighly organized, motivated, and results driven with the ability to rearrange priorities and take responsibility in a multi-tasking environmentExperience working in multiple geographiesKnowledge and experience working with Agile principles and Agile frameworks and techniques (such as Scrum, Kanban) At least 7 years' experience working within digital marketing field

Preferred Experience and Skills:
Hands on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing CloudPrevious experience of leading and implementing complex projects in a multi-cultural environmentsSalesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certificate preferableExperience of Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry Experience of delivery analytics to mobile platforms (Smartphone, Tablet)Knowledge and experience with as many of the following toolsets and technologies across all areas in Commercial platforms - Veeva, Oracle, Informatica PC, Informatica MDM, Amazon WS, AutoSys, Unix
