We are seeking a Project Manager who will be providing project management leadership for the development and implementation of key Marketing Operations projects. This position serves as a liaison between Brand Managers, Digital Marketers, Demand Planner and Leadership team.

The PM collaborates and works cross-functionally with internal departments and external parties to: develop detailed project timelines and project plans, translate existing or new business needs into detailed functional requirements, analyze business gaps and opportunities, prepare timelines with key deliverables, and keep team accountable for their project delivery.

Responsibilities:
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and make changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques and business needs
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation that includes projects briefs, to-do-lists, meeting notes with action items and responsible persons for all critical projects
• Define project scope and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility to align resource availability and allocation
• Meet budgetary objectives and adjusts project constraints based on evolving business needs and requirements
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks and report and escalate to leadership team as needed
• Communicate comprehensive project plans to be shared with cross-functional team, stakeholders and leadership team

Qualifications

Education Minimum Requirement:
• 4-year Bachelor's Degree in System Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or related field is required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Required Experience and Skills**:
• 3 years of work experience in project management and/or related field
• GANTT experience
• Demonstrated the ability to navigate and work in a matrix organization including attention to detail, ability to prioritize and provide clear direction to project team

Preferred Experience and Skills:
• Master's Degree is a plus.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred
• Effective written, interpersonal, and presentation skills, including managing discussions and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational skills, critical and logical thinking skills.
