Job Description: Provide support to Commander, Operational Test and Evaluation Forces (COMOPTEVFOR) in the generation of Cybersecurity (CS) Test Plans for various Aviation, Surface, Submarine, Expeditionary, and C4I systems. The CS Test Plans will be developed in parallel with System Under Test (SUT) Test Plans and may be stand-alone documents or annexes of SUT Test Plans. The results of COMOPTEVFOR CS tests inform the Commander’s evaluation of Cybersecurity Survivability and acquisition and fielding decisions.

Required:

a. 4 Year Degree in one of the following:
o Computer Science
o Computer/Electrical engineering
o Systems Engineering (technical)
o Aeronautical Engineering

AND

b. DoDD 8570 IAM/IAT II certification or ability to obtain within 6 months after award

OR

c. Minimum 2 years of DoD cybersecurity experience AND Minimum of 2 years’ experience in one of the following:
o Network engineering
o Programming (C/C++, python, Bash, etc.)
o Systems test engineering
o Project management
o Penetration Testing

AND

d. DoDD 8570 IAM/IAT II certification or ability to obtain within 6 months after award at the Task Order level

e. U.S. Citizenship

f. Top Secret Security Clearance, SCI eligible


Desired:
a. Experience in Operational Testing at COMOPTEVFOR.

b. Experience in COMOPTEVFOR Cybersecurity Mission Planning process.

c. Familiarity with other COMOPTEVFOR processes, including Mission Based Test Design (MBTD), Integrated Evaluation Framework development, Cybersecurity Test Execution, and Cybersecurity Post-Test Iterative process.

Commensurate with experience
