Career Opportunity
We are currently seeking candidates for a Senior Program Analyst position in our Port Hueneme office. The primary role of the Senior Program Analyst is to serve as an action officer / strategic operations officer in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Port Hueneme Division (PHD) leadership objectives. This role will support the T-Solutions' project lead with one or more critical initiatives at any given time, driving appropriate analyses, meeting project goals, managing timelines, and working with the clients to successfully implement effective and efficient strategies that produce outcomes.

Responsibilities
Proactively and re-actively respond to short and long term asking from NSWC PHD Leadership, coordinating as necessary with stakeholders, to provide quality on time human capital plan products to include briefs, metrics, SOP's, point papers, and analysis. Work strategic initiatives to assess NSWC PHD data and metrics to make recommendations on gathering, filing, controlling, and maintaining data for rapid use. Develop strategic initiatives that focus on improved business practices as well as improved data utilization, messaging and tasker responses, and technical/program execution processes.Education and Experience
Ten (10) years of experience in DOD analysis, to include brief development, process improvement, and/or DOD/Navy Human Capital Strategy experience/knowledge Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a similar field of study, or five (5) more years of experience in specific DOD/Navy HR Support Knowledge and experience working with SharePoint MS Suite - Specifically Power Point, Word, Access, and Excel Excellent interpersonal / communication skills and management skills Experience and familiarity with NAVSEA and NSWC
