Job Description:

The Sales Coordinator is part of the Sales Team and reports directly into the Lead Strategic Analyst. The position is based at FDM New York's headquarters in New York, NY. The Sales Coordinator must be highly organized, self-motivated and an efficient administrator. The Sales Coordinator must have a confident and positive attitude and have strong verbal and written communication skills. They must be able to work in a busy and dynamic environment, building a solid rapport with all parts of the business.
The Sales Coordinator will work closely with Account Managers to successfully place our consultants on client sites. We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate the potential to build a successful career in Sales. In this role, you could progress to become a key member of our Account Management team, creating and developing relationships with our high-profile clients.

While you are working in sales, responsibilities may include:
Key point of contact within Sales team and across departments Working with Account Managers and Senior Management across all deliverables Understanding client requirements and matching consultants to them accordingly Coordinate client interviews, room bookings and general administration Creating sales reports and board reports to enable business decisions Assisting Account Managers with onboarding logistics and contract renewals Day to day administration tasks (such as updating systems, using spread sheets and collating paperwork) Respond to emails in the shared Sales Analyst inbox in a professional and timely manner Assisting consultants with their preparation for interviews, conducting mock interviews and providing feedback Essential Criteria
Strong organization skills with ability to prioritize Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work on a fast paced environment Proven ability to establish, build, and maintain strong relationships across the business Good analytical and problem solving skills Strong interpersonal skills Show initiative and be a proactive team worker Excellent written and verbal communication skills Business presentation and client focused Desirable Criteria (not essential)
Hold a bachelor's degree Knowledge using Salesforce CRM An appreciation of the IT and business services sector Knowledge using Vendor Management System (VMS)
