Job Title: Campus Recruiter (Entry Level) - New York

Working as part of the US Graduate Recruitment team, the key responsibilities of this role are: building and maintaining relationships with allocated Universities, attending Career Fairs and running internal events in order to hire graduates for our award winning program.
This role operates in a high pressure, high volume, target based environment therefore the ideal role incumbent needs to be extremely organized, task orientated, self-motivated, resilient, focused, work independently and as part of the team and of critical importance - effectively communicate with all levels of seniority both within and outside of the business.
There are many opportunities to progress within the FDM Group once an individual has demonstrated they are willing to work hard, achieve results and build strong relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with allocated US universities to increase the number of preferred FDM suppliers and hires from each School. Plan and deliver all university related recruitment events, including job fairs, workshops, and hackathons and networking sessions on behalf of FDM. Deliver presentations and workshops to groups of students and graduates.Conduct telephone and video interviews.Respond to incoming applicant enquiries in a highly professional and positive mannerUse an internal Applicant Tracking System to process all applications effectively.Work to targets and Key Performance Indicators to achieve an agreed number of graduate starters.Facilitate internal assessment days when requireMaintain relevant reporting metrics for university activities reviewing effectiveness of all university activities.Contribute to the facilitation of assessment centers.Co-ordinate internal 'Open Evenings'. Process applications to the Graduate Program - reviewing to progress through each stage.Complete any other work as required by the management team.Follow up with successful candidates to ensure the end-to-end recruitment process is successfully carried out.Establish, build and grow relationships with internal FDM staff through effective communication, consistency and the provision of a highly professional service.Gain a thorough understanding of the FDM business model.
