The FDM Ex-Forces Programme is led by former military officers and provides high-calibre Ex-Forces personnel the opportunity to become professional Business, Project Support/Management or IT Consultants via our award-winning training.
The team who will be supporting you throughout your time with FDM are all Ex-Forces, so we fully understand the skills and experience of those who have served and how they can be transferred to a wide range of related civilian roles.
Whether you're considering a life outside of the Armed Forces, or you have already left, we are here to bridge the gap between leaving the services and starting your second career in the business world.
On application, you will be invited to complete FDM assessment, and if successful, you will be invited to join one of our award-winning training courses. The training is designed to build upon your previous leadership and management experience, and we are looking for your ability to liaise and influence at all levels of the business, with strong analytical, communication and issue resolution skills. After successfully completing your training, you will work with one or more of our impressive list of clients across the UK during the two-year programme. After that time, you could either transition to the client permanently or stay with FDM as a senior consultant.
