A Validation Analyst/Project Coordinator job in Morristown, NJ, is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible authoring SDLC life cycle deliverables for Laboratory Systems and also coordinate project related tasks. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience writing validation CSV documents working in GxP environment supporting SDLC processes. They would be responsible for coordinating the project related tasks for lab systems and be able to work under the supervision of the Program Manager. They must be flexible and able to multitask and prioritize requests.
Validation Analyst/Project Coordinator Job Duties:
• Author documentation like Change Requests, Validation Plans, Data migration plans and Reports following our Stand Operating Procedures(SOP)
• Coordinate with technical and business teams to obtain the information for writing the documents.
• Work with System Owner, Business Owner(S) and QA to review the documents and finally send for approval routing using the designated system.
• Coordinate project related tasks for the systems that are undergoing a change.
• Provide exceptional customer service using consulting, problem identification and resolution skills.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5 years' experience or 5 - 7 years' experience with Validation in GxP environment.
• Expertise with following Good Documentation Practices
• Experienced in writing Validation plans, Data migration plans and reports
• Experience in estimation for the tasks to coordinate the project related tasks
• Hands-on experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Computer System Validation (CSV).
Preferences:
• Experience with GxP environment in Health Care domain is required.
• Experience with Lab systems is required.
• Agile experience a plus
