Job Title: Training Coordinator

Details:

A Training Coordinator job in Lincolnton, NC is currently available through Belcan. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating all new training and continuous training for all plant positions. To be considered for this role, you will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent manufacturing working experience, and three to five years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience with plastic injection molding is a plus. This is a very visible, direct hire opportunity with a growing company and has excellent upward mobility.

Training Coordinator Job duties:
- Provide continuous feedback to Manufacturing on training needs and requirements for individuals and departments
- Lead, develop, and manage all levels programs in the plant for all manufacturing positions
- Update and Manage training materials and levels program for all employee segments
- Work with all departments on training needs yearly and provide training plan during budgeting process
- Coordinate with CVU, Local Community College, and outside agencies ongoing training to Operational groups as needed and manage appropriate training deliverables on such items as safety topics, SQF, GMP, and all training other departmental needs.
- Assist in the maintenance of electronic training logs and be responsible for training audit functions.
- Develop and insure that assigned Computer Based Training modules are completed and track to conclusion.

Qualifications:
- BS degree or equivalent working experience in manufacturing with 3-5 years or manufacturing supervisor or superintendent level experience
- Superior knowledge of working standards, procedures and specifications
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Must be detailed oriented and have strong reading comprehension skills
- Ability to develop, analyze, and deliver training sessions across the manufacturing sector
