What You'll Get to Do:

CACI has an exciting opportunity in the Columbia area to support NSA's Cross Domain Systems (CDS) Organization as they apply Configuration Management (CM) rigor to their programs and projects.  The candidate will assist several teams in updating and implementing CM plans, participate in Engineering and Change Control Board meetings, and standardize documentation and processes.  The ideal candidate will have extensive CM experience in a Systems Engineering environment, and work well with diverse teams as well as on their own.  As a Configuration Manager you will be responsible for configuration management (CM) of developmental and operational systems. The right candidate will work on developmental and operational teams to create and maintain configuration baselines supporting developmental and operational systems. You will use or recommend automated configuration management tools to implement configuration management policies and procedures. You will modify configuration management plans, policies, and procedures tailored to the complexity and scope of the developmental or operational system. 

You will use your six years (6) of configuration management experience to implement the configuration management discipline for the entire life cycle of systems from initial requirements/capabilities baselines to system end-of-life.  This is a great opportunity for someone who is a self-starter, enjoys working with teammates and likes a fast-paced environment.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Current TS/SCI with active polygraph (full-scope preferred, but CI is acceptable)Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required.Six (6) years' experience as a Configuration Manager in large programs and contracts.Four (4) years of additional configuration management experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.Experience implementing hardware and software version control processes, policies and procedures.Experience with configuration management tools to store, track, and manage configuration items.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Familiarity with SharePoint, licensing and inventory, and Splunk will also be helpful..
