CACI is seeking for a Web Engineer to support The Marine Corps Tactics and Operations Group (MCTOG) mission is to provide standardized advanced training and certification to Ground Combat Element (GCE) Operations Officers, Operations Chiefs, and select other GCE training specialists in GCE operations, combined arms planning and integration, and unit readiness planning at the company, battalion and regiment levels to support GCE Training and Readiness (T&R) events. Remote option is available.
What You'll Get to Do:
The Web Engineer will be responsible for the software architecture that supports MCTOG SharePoint Portal services for NGen/NMCI and Tactical SIPR networks with anticipation to expand or add SharePoint networks.The preferred candidate will ensure that the MCTOG staff, training units and students, and external stakeholders have the proper user roles and permissions to collaborate and share information for resident course (TMIC), BSTP, Spartan Resolve (SR) exercises, and institutional support functions (ISF).Build the software architecture that supports collaborative and web hosting services on classified and unclassified networks.Manage the production and development phases for classified and unclassified network instances of the MCTOG web hosting environment.Work with others to develop and implement proprietary content and data management systems built with Microsoft technologies into new and existing websites.Design and develop websites supporting the mission of MCTOG, as outlined by the Information Management Officer, the Information Working Group, and Communication Division Head.Implement, manage, and support a Windows SharePoint Portal Services based web environment in both a classified and unclassified garrison and exercise environment.Provide over the shoulder training to the MCTOG Staff and Students on the use and implementation of SharePoint solutions.Select and secure appropriate illustrative materials to be used.Maintain and update Web sites.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Active Secret clearance.Associate Degree in relevant field required.A minimum of 2 years' experience in the design, implementation, and management of Microsoft SharePoint Server architecture environment.Certifications required per DODINST 8570: CompTIA Network +
Comp TIA Security+
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer - SharePoint
Must be knowledgeable in Information Assurance (IA) fundamentals.Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Web Site hosting product line.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Bachelor's degree in information systems desired.Former military service is desired, USMC preferred, with 3 years of experience in information management billet desired.Within 4 hour radius from Twentynine Palms, CA.
