Job Title: Role Player (Quantico)

Location: Quantico, VA
Role PlayerTakes on a variety of roles in various situations that assist students in creating a realistic environment that they would encounter in the field. Roles may include civilians, police, bank robbers, crime victims, witnesses, media, professionals, etc. Scenarios include real life situations including key-leader engagements, meet and greets, etc. Role players play a vital role in preparing the students for their success.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Shall be appropriately attired for their assigned role, and groomed to realistically portray their assigned roles. Remain in attire and in character for the duration of the training exercises Actively improvise to meet demands of Program Manager Report at least 30 minutes prior to each scheduled start time Remain professional while performing your role Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen Must possess a valid driver's license Must pass background check, physical, and drug screening. Role players shall be over twenty-one years of age Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Good physical conditioning and stamina required Able to regularly stand/walk for long periods of time without sitting Able to withstand hot/cold weather Able to be handcuffed and searched when scenario dictates Able to fire blanks
