Job Description:

The contractor is to track equipment from programming to budgeting to procurement to delivery
and receipt at unit level. The contractor support personnel shall support this effort by collecting, analyzing and
documenting data. Contractors perform work in conjunction with the government task lead. In addition the
contractor will brief senior leaders to include two and three star generals, and Senior Executive Service (SES)
members.
– Contractor shall monitor, track, download, electronically archive, consolidate, de-conflict
with approved sources, resolve anomalies, complete data fields using multiple sources, perform data analysis on,
properly protect and distribute data on required Force Structure (FS), Planning Programming Budgeting and
Execution (PPBE), equipping and fielding systems/databases to include but not limited to:
? Army Equipping Enterprise System (AE2S)
? SSN-LIN Automated Management & Integrating System (SLAMIS)
? Force And Asset Search Tool (FAAST)
? Force Development Investment Information System (FDIIS)
? Planning, Programming & Budgeting Business Operating System (PPB BOS)
? Equipping the Force (EQUIPFOR)
? Force Management System (FMS)
? Force Structure Reporting (FSR)
? Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW/Web Logistics Information Database (WEBLIDB)
? Planning, Programming & Budgeting Business Operating System (eProbe)
- Automation Support:
? Contractor shall draft and update database management and product development procedural guides to
establish audit trails and standing operating procedure.
? Contractor shall assist in developing spreadsheets, graphs, tables, reports and analysis for briefings, executive
summaries, congressional testimony, research projects, studies and other published and unpublished products.
? Contractor shall utilize data analysis software available to Army and Army Reserve to conduct analysis and
develop analytical products and reports in support of Army Reserve equipping efforts.
? Contractor shall assist in the development of Data Systems Reference and Training repository.
? Contractor shall transition to new software programs (solutions) that will enhance the Army Reserves’ ability to
document and tells its equipping story, as required.
- Contractor shall perform operations research, system analysis (ORSA) functions to include but not limited to:
data mining, data analysis, statistical analysis, forecasting, and mathematical modeling. ORSA functions will be
required for all phased of:
? Planning, Programming & Budgeting Business Operating System (PPB BOS)
? Program Office Memorandum (POM) Development
? Weapon Systems Review (WSR)
? Directors Review
? Army Equipment Reuse Working Group (AERWG)
? National Guard and Reserve Equipment Report (NGRER)
? National Guard and Reserve Equipment Appropriation (NGREA) management
? 1-N List development
? Resource Management Decisions (RMD)
? Congressional Inquiry
? Congressional Marks
? Transparency
? P1 and P1-R review and analysis
? Equipment Divestiture Reports/Initiative
- Army Reserve Studies and Research Support - Contractor shall assist in the development of Army Reserve
Equipping and Resourcing Studies and Research proposals and support to the conduct of all phases of studies
development.
- Contractor shall assist in the development and publishing of SED Equipping Ontology.
- Analytical Tool Development and Training Support
- Contractor shall develop pivot tables, macros, dashboards, and other analyst tools to advance the capability
of the SED equipment portfolio managers and data analysts.
- Contractor shall assist in the development of Army Reserve Equipping 1-N List Model
- Contractor shall review all Strategic Guidance relevant to Army and Army Reserve Strategic Equipping
effort.

– Contractor shall present results of analysis, product development to SED analysts, OCAR

? Published Documents
? Email
? PowerPoint Presentations
? Share Point

Education Level:

Bachelors degree or higher

Pay Rate:

Commensurate with experience

Security Clearance:

Secret
