Manage the programming and budget (PPBES/POM) associated with Artillery systems/ammo; coordinate and manage requirements (JCIDS) and interface with the Acquisition community/Program Offices to manage various RDTE and production programs
- Need to have operational experience in Army tactical formations/units; doctrinal and practical experience and technical expertise with Army field artillery units, artillery targeting, artillery launchers, cannons. and fire support activities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Active Secret Clearance
- 8 years HQDA Force Development (defined as: Budgeting: POM/PPBES, Requirements: JCIDS, ONS, CDD's etc, and Defense Acquisition System/Program Mgmt) experience or equivalent. Experience on Pentagon/DoD staff or Acquisition assignment is desired
