Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, PenFed Realty
Summary
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Texas (PenFed Realty), a wholly owned subsidiary of PenFed Credit Union (PenFed) is looking for an exceptionally skilled and highly experienced Real Estate Transaction Coordinator at our Flower Mound, Texas office. This role is crucial in both building and helping to ensure continual branch growth by maintaining timely, accurate and open communication.
This individual should be enthusiastic about building strong business relationships by serving as the liaison between all parties involved during the contract-to-close process. It is also essential for the ideal candidate to be precise, exceedingly meticulous, knowledgeable in all facets of real estate transactions and willing to work as a team to efficiently and effectively coordinate transactions.
Ultimately, the ideal candidate should be passionate in providing phenomenal service to our clients and agent with the goal of building customer relationships for life.

Essential Functions

Follow up with clients, agents, lenders and title companies to ensure smooth closing
Predict and resolve issues prior to client feeling effects
Complete daily tasks as assigned in CRM to ensure all contract dates are met
Work side by side with the Listing Coordinator
Schedules times for all closings.
Upload broker required paperwork as requested.
Inputs contracts into CRM to initiate task plans.
Follows up with all agents to collect missing paperwork to ensure timley closings.
Oversees contract to close for builder contracts

Education and Experience
Equivalent combination of education and experience is considered.

Associates degree in Business field preferred and/or meaningful job experience in the areas of real estate, as well as the necessary skills and knowledge to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.
Two years related work experience required in a professional business environment, with real estate experience preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office based programs required.


Supervisory Responsibility
This position has no supervision responsibilities.

Licenses and Certifications
Texas real estate license required.

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to an indoor office setting with moderate noise.
Travel
Local travel to various worksites is required.
