A Day in the Life

Knowledge Link is seeking an Instructional Design Training Specialist to be part of a dynamic enterprise software development program. The program is responsible for upgrading mission critical legacy systems to new software platforms.

Time Well Spent

Conduct the research necessary to develop and revise various training courses.Prepare appropriate training catalogs for both technical and non-technical personnel supporting a Human Resource/Enterprise Business Office. Plan and coordinate the training and documentation for new and/or changed services.Identify training and documentation requirements.Produce training and documentation plans.Prepare instructor materials (course outlines, background materials, and training aids).Prepare student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).Instruct personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops, seminars and/or computer based/computer aided training. Provide multi-media services to include video and audio recording.

Qualified Candidate

Qualified applicants must posess an active clearance of TS/SCI with PolygraphMust have experience as an instructional designer with proficiency in MS Word and PowerPointAbility to quickly understand the customer's business processes and procedures so that such business information can be translated into modular courses. Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel to include senior level management.
