Create and produce monthly reporting and analysis that provides business insight to senior management on Deltek's financial and business operations.
Develop and maintain reports in TM1, Cognos, Excel and other tools
Provide in depth analysis on key drivers and trends.
Partner with Deltek business units to identify and achieve strategic objectives.
Drive continuous improvement in processes and tools that create efficiencies in reporting capabilities.
Qualifications
4-6+ years experience in financial reporting and analysis
Demonstrated analytical and system skills
Ability to work with large data sets.
A self starter with a drive to investigate operational issues and identify improvements.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Expert Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Experience with planning systems, specifically TM-1 and other multi dimensional database planning tools.
Solid written and verbal skills.
