Job Title: Associate Corporate Counsel

We are looking for a motivated, energetic person to join our Legal Team and assist us in a number of areas, including:

researching rules and regulations, best practices and alternative approaches;
drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements;
developing corporate policies, contract templates and other materials;
corporate governance and compliance;
privacy and security initiatives;
M&A support;
employee relations and global mobility; and
other projects to improve processes and facilitate collaboration.

The ideal candidate would be able to:

quickly understand key business objectives;
rapidly assess potential risks, benefits and consequences of decisions;
summarize key legal and business issues and propose practical alternatives; and
efficiently manage a large variety of projects.

Qualifications

J.D. from a top school and bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction;
1-2 years of relevant in-house or law firm experience;
Highly developed written and oral communication skills;
Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks;
Positive attitude and interpersonal skills that will foster teamwork and effective working relationships; and
Familiarity with and interest in technology and software-related concepts.
