We're looking for a scheduling expert who wants to make a difference in the Fighter-Bomber Directorate's Development, Integration and Program Transition Division (AFLCMC/WWB). Schedules and scheduling are so important - you know the critical role schedules play in the success or failure of a program. Are you a scheduling Subject Matter Expert (SME) that enjoys working with Microsoft Project and performing schedule and Earned Value analysis? MCR and the Fighter-Bomber Directorate need you!

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES
As a Program Manager Scheduler Support SME, you'll have considerable responsibility. This includes:
Developing, analyzing and maintaining master Integrated Program Schedules for several B-52 programs within the Division.
Employing networking software tools and capabilities to support lower tier schedule networking, network statusing, generation of network graphics and assignment of realistic durations and relationships to network elements.
Evaluating contractor proposed schedules against Government schedules. Assessing Government schedules against schedule databases conducting probabilistic and deterministic risk assessments on contractor and Government schedules by performing Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) using Monte Carlo simulation-based software. Integrating contractor and Government schedule data with the Directorate schedule databases utilizing various types of scheduling software.
Providing expertise to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, as well as DoD acquisition program documentation and acquisition directives.
Performing a wide range of program management interface activities between Wright-Patterson and Tinker AFB. These include assisting in acquisition strategy planning and implementation, assisting in the review and analysis of prime and subcontractor EVM performance, development of pre- and post-award documentation and briefings, milestone planning, integrated master schedule analysis, risk analysis and mitigation, tracking, scheduling and staff coordination.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Minium of 10 years in Program/Project Management experience to include recent (no earlier than 2010) experience in managing bomber weapons system platforms.
Bachelor's Degree.

Have expertise working in the standard Microsoft Office toolset, including MS Project, schedule assessment tools, acquisition strategy planning and documentation, Earned Value Management (EVM) assessment tools and Government reporting systems, including the Systems Metrics and Reporting Tool (SMART).
Familiar with the Defense Contracting Management Agency 14-Point Schedule Assessment Tool.
Familiar with the Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) (Data Item Description (DID) DI-MGMT-81861A).
Have a working knowledge of guidance documents such as the Air Force Acquisition Excellence & Change Office (AQXC) Schedule Risk Assessment (SRA) Process, the Air Force Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) Assessment Process, the General Accountability Office (GAO) Schedule Assessment Guide, the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Planning & Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG), the DoD Integrated Master Plan and Integrated Master Schedule Preparation and Use Guide, and others.
Familiar with Milestones Professional presentation software.
Have an understanding of current DoD and Air Force acquisition regulations, guidelines and processes.
Possess an active SECRET clearance.
