Overview

DECISIVE ANALYTICS Corporation is looking for a F-22 Senior Program Manager to provide support to the AFLCMC in Dayton, OH.

Provides Senior Program Management support to the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) F-22 Program Office at WPAFB, OH. Supports all program management activities across the entire acquisition life cycle at a senior level supporting system modifications, development, sustainment, and requirements analysis efforts.

Responsibilities

Provides program management senior level support for modernization/sustainment phase of program.Ability to work on high-visibility or mission critical aspects of a given program and perform all functional duties independently.Provides integration, communicatin, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines including but not limited to engineering, contracting, financial, test, manufacturing, logistics, configuration management and human resource in order to effectively assist in the implementation of program planning and execution.Ability to plan, organize, and assist in managing critical aspects of the development, modernization, production, and/or deployment of systems, subsystems, and equipment.Supports program progress, provides technical program management and planning support schedule management, participates as required in management reviews, coordinates activities leading to milestone reviews, acquisition support, weapon system beddown, site activation planning, LO maintainability and risk assessments effectively communicating recommendations orally and in writing to higher organizational management; and participates in various IPT actions. Provides support developing and coordinating documentation and program assessments to satisfy DoD and Air Force statutory and regulatory requirements.Provides expertise in analysis of critical data associated with the F-22 Joint Mission Planning System (JMPS), Secure Interface Systems (SIS), the Digital Terrain Elevation Data (DTED) and Synthetic Apertures Radar Terminal (DAST).Provides analyses, write reports, recommend actions, and perform any related tasks that provide F-22 program the capability to conduct the process of evolving and establishing support concepts for the life of the system.Ability to establish and utilize appropriate management information and feedback systems to review, control, and report on assigned projects.Assist in in acquisition strategy planning to include acquisition milestone planning, tracking, scheduling, briefing preparation, document development and staff coordination both pre- and post- contract award.Supports risk management plans and strategies to monitor prime and subcontractor performance and reviews and analsis EVM System reports.Requires familiarity with and competent in the application of acquisition management initiatives brought about by acquisition reform to include, but not limited to, Better Buying Power, buying commercial items (such as acquisition of Non-developmental Items (NDI), Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) items, and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) certified items) and Commercial Practices (such as Performance Based Business Environment).Ability to execute program plans and assist in contracts to achieve desired budget, schedule, and performance goals. Assist in the review and assessment of task sheets for contract proposals.Provide support for future POM inputs based on JROC-validated requirements, known or projected threats, and current capabilities. Assist in generating artifacts to defend budget requests, update requirements documents, and support the acquisition system.Provides recommendations for the most efficient and effective means to plan and contract for the transitions to support post modernization and sustainment activities for the F-22 program.

Qualifications

BS in Program Managment or Related Field, MS DesiredTS/SCI Eligible, Previous SAR experience or 5th generation aircraft experience desired10 years or more in F-22 or similiar DoD weapon system desired Program Managment experince in the modernisation/sustainment phases of acquisition lifecycle
