POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
ACE Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a qualified candidate to support program execution and systems engineering processes through the analyses of system performance, effectiveness, compatibility and interoperability in an extremely complex environment.
Apply systems engineering to develop and review Radar performance specifications including support to NAVAIR SETR process.
Review and prepare system engineering and technical analyses, reports, change proposals, and other technical documentation.
Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and information relating to radar procurement and upgrades.
Provide subject matter expertise on HW/SW development process and industry best practices.
Provide Radar subject matter expertise on development, integration, upgrade, and engineering processes.
Provide technical analysis support and apply knowledge of radar performance to support platform integration and fielding.
Travel as required to support customer requirements.
Support program management and systems engineering processes and meetings.
MINIMUM TANGIBLE QUALIFICATIONS:
Five (5) years of demonstrated experience with the systems engineering technical review process in support of military programs and major weapon system development and acquisition is required.
Three (3) years of previous experience with classified U.S. Navy Weapons Systems acquisition programs.
Two (2) years of experience creating briefing products.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, mathematics or related technical area in line with above functional description.
Knowledge and experience in NAVAIR Systems Engineering Technical Review process is highly desired.
Direct experience supporting U.S. Navy Weapons Systems acquisition program engineering at levels up to and including Special Access Required.
Three (3) years of previous experience with classified U.S. Navy Weapons Systems acquisition programs.
A combination of theoretical, engineering, managerial, and field experience.
Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Active Secret clearance required with ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
