Job Title: Proposal Coordinator

Overview:

Axiologic Solutions is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support our Corporate Contracts and Business Development activities with the Federal Government. The selected candidate will perform the full range of life cycle contract administration duties.

Responsibilities:
Manage and participate in Axiologics' proposal process from pre- to post RFP phases; ensuring the response strategy aligns with the goals of the Operation and contributes value to increase the Probability of Win. Administers, extends, negotiates and terminates standard and nonstandard contracts. Conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Examines estimates of material, equipment services, production costs, performance requirements, and delivery schedules to ensure accuracy and completeness. Prepares bids; processes specifications, progress, and other reports; advises management of contractual rights and obligations; compiles and analyzes data; and maintains historical information. Interface with all levels of senior management, various functions, and customer counterparts. Coordinate necessary internal reviews and status updates to upper management. Serve as the scribe for working group sessions and major proposal meetings, recording status and action items, and getting the information distributed to the attendees in a timely manner following the session/meeting. Research, prepare, and edit documents; format and proof the response multiple authors/reviewers for a consistent and professional response; decipher and eliminate redundant information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 3 years' experience in a Contract Administration/Business Management or 1 year experience with Master's degree. Familiarity with U. S. Government procurement regulations (FAR/DFAR) MS Office knowledge (word, excel) Strong time management and organizational skills Must be able to work effectively under time constraints in a dynamic environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Ability to obtain and keep a Secret Clearance

Travel Requirements:
Travel may be required inside the Washington National Capital Region (NCR).
