Overview:

Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking a Senior Staff Officer to assist DIA's Chief Information Officer (CIO-4) Program Execution Office (PEO) in reengineering, supporting, and implementing a rigorous and holistically focused acquisition process.

Responsibilities:
Support the standup of the PEO to include identifying roles and responsibilities, managing customer and stakeholder objectives, defining processes, and implementing governance oversight. Manage program governance and oversight of multiple award and multiple task order efforts to include generation of monthly reports utilizing Microsoft Excel and SharePoint. Generate, coordinate, monitor, and report internal and external actions, decisions, policies, tasks, and/or briefings for closeout and approval. Support acquisition governance boards, working groups, and TEMS to include meeting minutes, preparing briefings, booking conference rooms and DVTCs. Plan, prepare, and maintain current acquisition plans and overall program office acquisition administration functions such as program control and tracking. Coordinate with technical experts and contracting office to ensure project milestones are reflected in contractual documents. Provide analysis and recommendations to support transition to commercially provide development models for improving acquisition mechanics. Support process improvement to DIA's acquisition processes. Support Stakeholder Engagement in identifying and developing business needs, requirements, capability, architectures, software design, agile task prioritization, and other requirements as needed. Educate and guide stakeholders and pilot programs through the full acquisition lifecycle. Draft, process, catalog, file, and maintain the correspondences, messages, and other documentation to include, but not limited to, military and civilian letters, memorandums, award recommendations, meeting minutes, and briefing papers. Prepare daily read-ahead binder and arrange and coordinate meetings and events. (i.e., set-up, change slides). Liaison to both internal and external staff at all levels. Other duties, as requested.
Qualifications:
Must have an active/current TS/SCI and be able to pass a CI Poly. Must have at least 7 years' experience with DoD/IC Acquisition and/or staff officer support A bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills with customer, team, and leadership. Experience with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
DAWIA Level I, II, and/or III certification Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DoD FAR Supplements (DFARs), and/or DoD Acquisition 5000 Series and ICD 801. Understanding of the IC, IC ITE, DoD, and DIA acquisition frameworks and architectures.
Travel Requirements:Travel may be required both inside and outside the Washington National Capital Region (NCR).
