Jerry's Ford has been in business since 1973 and is located in Alexandria, Virginia. Our Service Department continues to grow rapidly. The continued growth is attributable to outstanding customer service provided by our Service Advisors and Technicians. This continued growth requires adding the right people to ensure the continued success of our Service Department. We are looking for technicians at all levels to troubleshoot, diagnose and repair customer vehicles. Our number one priority is to provide a high degree of customer satisfaction by accurately diagnosing and fixing it right the first time.
Requirements:
Punctual and reliable attendance.
Maintaining a clean and organized bay
Proper documentation of all recommendations and repairs
Ability to accurately diagnose and repair vehicles
Maintain an active learning structure through all training initiatives including obtaining Ford Certifications
Maintain a high CSI in “fixed right first visit”
Ability and desire to continue to support the work environment we have created by assisting and supporting other technicians, with a "customer comes first" attitude!
