Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Job Summary: Capable of providing technical and executive administrative services to the Office of the Director, AONS Directorate. Requires interaction with high-ranking officials both within and throughout the CIO/G6 Community. These services must be able to support simultaneous split-base operations at locations to include the Pentagon in Washington DC and Fort Belvoir, VA.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Assists with coordinating Staff Actions in the HQDA staff action control system for the AONS Directorate. Assist in consolidating Division level input for Directorate actions tasks into a cohesive response. Help to maintain the Directorate tasking system by proficiently using Microsoft Enterprise SharePoint. Provide classified and unclassified administrative support to the Director. Support the Deputy in overseeing the Directorate training program by tracking training completion dates, monitoring training requirements assigned to the Directorate and alerting Directorate Leadership to the mandatory and optional training opportunities. Disseminate Directorate-established processes and functions for the physical protection of assigned staff once they are approved by Directorate leadership.
Creates, customizes, prepares, and maintains presentations, briefing charts, and technical and nontechnical documents using computer software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite), websites, graphical elements, scanned photos, and other presentation matter. Responsible for preparing documentation from draft to final form. Plans and schedules conferences, tours, working lunches, symposiums and meetings. Schedules room for meetings, coordinates lunch requests, notifies attendees, coordinates Video Teleconference Conference requirements, handles any other special requirements for meeting/conference/project (reserves parking spaces, directional signs, registration desk, name plates, table tents, etc.), and follow-through on activities to accomplish the AONs mission. Operates telephone (to include answering phone and taking messages) refers calls and visitors to appropriate staff .

Required Qualifications:
This position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5-7 years of related experience of specialized duties supporting administrative duties of a front office. Ability to obtain extensive knowledge of the CIO/G6 Community regulations, policies, and unique authorities. Extensive knowledge of protocol, precedence, organizational rules, regulations, and policies. Excellent oral and written communication skills sufficient to compose and deliver responses to customers' routine to highly complex questions in a clear and concise manner. Knowledge of correct English usage, spelling, punctuation, and proofreading skills. Knowledge of filing and records management systems and practices. Must have the ability to be discreet and maintain confidentiality within the office. Level of Security Clearance - P ossess at least a SECRET security clearance IAW DD Form 254, Contract Security Classification Specification, and must maintain such clearance for the life of the contract. Must possess good communication skills and be comfortable working in a team environment, yet capable of working independently with a minimum of supervision.
