The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) is the US Department of Defense (DoD) point for research, development, acquisition, fielding and life-cycle support of biological, chemical and nuclear defense equipment and medical countermeasures to the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Special Operations Command. We are seeking Logistics/Fielding Coordinators to support JPEO CBD Joint Project Manager Protection under the upcoming JE-OPETS contract. The successful candidate will be preparing recommendations and reports to senior level personnel in identifying trends and needs for improvement, ensuring material accuracy and researching and assisting in logistics deliverables.

Candidates must have a current SECRET clearance.

Education and Experience Required

Bachelors Degree in Logistics/Engineering/Supply Chain Management/Business Management with 8 years general experience and 5 years relevant experience in logisitics planning or fielding of systems.

Associates Degree with 10 years general experience and 7 years relevant experience is acceptable

Experience in logistics planning and development of ILS documentation for CBRN equipment

Experience in fielding systems, especially CBRN related systems/equipment

Experience in developing Product Quality Deficiency Reports

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities
Maintain an electronic library of fieldings as designated by the lead staff logistician for property accountability and compliance with Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) policy and Department of Defense regulations Research and respond to assigned tasks Respond to fielding inquiries and tasks assigned by the program managers Assist in the development and updating of training material and user guides in preparation of transition of fielded systems Conduct New Equipment Training (NET) and refresher training to deploying forces as required Provide input and update program Material Fielding Plans Maintain an up to date fielding schedule for all programs in the Joint Project Manager's portfolio
