The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) is the US Department of Defense (DoD) point for research, development, acquisition, fielding and life-cycle support of biological, chemical and nuclear defense equipment and medical countermeasures to the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Special Operations Command. We are seeking CBRN Logistics Management Specialists to support the JPEO CBD Joint Project Manager Guardian under the upcoming JE-OPETS contract. The successful candidate will be providing direct support to the JPEO in the planning, coordinating and execution of logistics efforts and managing data, training packages and logistics deliverables.

Candidates must have a current SECRET clearance.

Education and Experience Required

Bachelors Degree in Logistics/Engineering/Business Management with 8 years general experience and 5 years relevant CBRN related experience

Demonstrated knowledge of full life cycle management through development, procurement and sustainment.

Proven ability to evaluate and assess new technologies.

Demonstrated expertise understanding of R&D activities.

Experience in planning and executing equipment tests, evaluations and demonstrations

Demonstrated thorough understanding and working knowledge of programs currently under development or underway at JPM Guardian

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Experience supporting logistical planning and development strategies for CBRN systems/equipment

Experience with performance-based logistics

Experience in developing fielding plans

Experience in developing logistics demonstration plans

Responsibilities
Perform senior logistics support functions for physical security and force protection programs. Perform logistics analyses and support for all Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements across every phase of system acquisition of JPM Guardian programs Review, analyze, prepare or update ILS studies, analyses and program documentation in the areas of supply support; maintenance planning; packaging, handling, storage and transportation; environmental, occupational, safety and health; automatic identification technology; information technology resources; product and technical data; facilities and infrastructure; obsolescence management; deployment and fielding; and post production support.
