Job Title: JE-OPETS CBRN Program Logistician II

The Joint Program Executive Office for Chemical and Biological Defense (JPEO-CBD) is the US Department of Defense (DoD) point for research, development, acquisition, fielding and life-cycle support of biological, chemical and nuclear defense equipment and medical countermeasures to the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, and Special Operations Command. We are seeking Program Logisticians with CBRN backgrounds to support the JPEO CBD under the upcoming JE-OPETS contract. The successful candidate will serve as the point of contact for all logistics requirements and will assist in the development of logistic policies and procedures for the JPEO.

Candidates must have a current SECRET clearance.

Education and Experience Required

Bachelors Degree in Logistics/Engineering/Supply Chain Management/Business Management with 5 years general experience and 3 years relevant experience or Associates Degree with 7 years general experience and 5 years relevant experience

Experience conducting logistics related studies and analysis and reporting results

Proficiency in DoD Life-Cycle Management policies and procedures

Possess in-depth knowledge of the DoDI 5000 process especially as it pertains to acquisition logistics and required documentation

Experience working Milestone reviews; specific experience with CBRN systems highly desirable

Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Responsibilities

Coordinate the shipment of equipment to DCRF CONUS locations

Conduct on-site inventories and develop appropriate documents

Prepare equipment transfer paperwork and coordinate the disposition of equipment no longer needed

Coordinate onsite training for DCRF CONUS locations

Witness onsite training and document execution
