Job Description:

Regional Program Manager responsible for identifying new business opportunities and executing current business for the Metrology line of business.

Relentlessly delivers on all commitments to Integrated Program Team, suppliers, and customers.

Identifies risks/opportunities for programs and takes action to mitigate risks and leverage opportunities at the program level.

Recognized ability to share knowledge, best practices and encouraging team members to learn and challenge their capabilities.

Works with teams at all levels to uncover barriers and identify improvement action plans.

Responsible for managing Program Management talent inside of programs. Coaches and mentors team members.

Green Belt Certified. Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement through team participation and results. Uses enabling tools in daily work to improve results.
Leads at least 1 green belt team/project per year.

Assimilates data and information and directs the organization and fellow leadership team to improve project performance. Data includes both atom data (metrics) and complex parametric data that provides indication of current as well as predicted project state.

Ability to analyze projects/ programs, and engineering organizations to architect the PMO infrastructure and team for ease of process, communications, workflow, and metrics rollup.

Constant interface with suppliers and customers. Communication is most frequently with program team, with regular updates to Program Management leaders. Drive Program Management Excellence across entire program. Ability to influence several teams, communicating business vision, goals and objectives.


Qualifications:
BS / BA Engineering, Sciences, or Other Related Program Field and at least 5 years of directly related experience. Advanced Degrees (M.S. / MBA) preferred. Extensive Program Management Experience and increasing leadership responsibility. Preferred cross-functional and business experiences. In lieu of formal education, 13 years of directly related experience.
Must have 3-5 years of commercial calibration experience at the regional lab management level with documented business development background. Must be an expert in ISO 17025 quality requirements. Should have experience with RF/Microwave calibrations and AMS2750 requirements. CMM experience is preferred.

Excellent writing and speaking skills for a variety of audiences. Sought out by peers and leaders for communication skills.
Demonstrates key project communication skills including negotiation, customer presentations, and effective listening
