Job Description:

A Senior Systems Integrator is required to support the following tasks:
(1) Plan and support to the ADA Homeland Defense NCR-IADS Mission. This requires a minimum of 1 year experience in integrating external both external radars (FAA radars) with local tactical radars and operating and integrating Multi Source Correlator Tracker (MSCT), US Air Force’s Battlespace Command and Control Center (BC3), Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI), and Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS); and a minimum of 1 year of Distributed Mission Operations Air Defense Artillery (DMO-ADA) experience.

(2) Support National Capital Region (NCR) Integrated Air Defense System (IADS) Training and Certification events using Distributed Mission Operations (DMO) ADA with 263rd AAMDC ARNG units, along with distributed Joint Air Defense Operation Center-Training (JADOC-T) Tactical Control Officer/Tactical Control Assistant (TCO/TCA) and Battle Captain training events including support to NCR Task Force Culminating Training Events (CTEs). Host annual Battalion and Command and Control (C2) CTEs.

(3) Development of Airspace Command and Control (AC2) Solutions.

(4) Plan and provide Exercise Support.

(5) Plan and provide Testing Support. This requires a minimum of 1 year experience in working with the with the Joint Modernization Command; knowledgeable in both Air and Missile Defense and Field Artillery Operations; provide support from CDI Cell at Fort Bliss, Texas
]
(6) Plan and support Modeling and Simulation (M&S).

The Senior Systems Integrator provides leadership and project management for various assignments involving predominantly systems integration with considerably more knowledge than the entry and mid-level Systems Integrator. Prepares documentation to substantiate the project. Provides input on which analyses of technologies are made. Receives input from subordinates and other activities within the program and from government sponsors. Spends some time on development or prototyping sites, travels to the sponsor’s site to provide briefings on the status of particular development or prototyping events or portions of the overall program. Is extremely knowledgeable of space and or missile defense systems and military applications of space and or missile defense systems and has a working knowledge of military operations.

Experience levels are generally expected to indicate from 0-5 years performing relevant tasks for “entry level” personnel, 5-12 years for “mid level” personnel, and 12 years for “senior” personnel, but may vary based on company policies, types of jobs help, levels of responsibility exercised, and educations levels.
