Job Description:

The Capabilities Development and Integration Cell (CDI Cell) Senior Military Operations Analyst will support the following tasks:
(1) Develop Airspace Command and Control (AC2) Solutions;
(2) Perform Fires Digital Sustainment Training. This requires a minimum of 1 year experience in operating and developing Patriot gunnery Tables 1-12 for training scenarios in Reconfigurable Table Top Trainers (RT3); demonstrate knowledge of Patriot Air and Missile Defense Air Battle Management at the Battalion ICC and Battery ECS and BCP levels; and be knowledgeable of the ADAFCO role and the integration of ADAFCOs into RT3 training.Fires Digital Sustainment Training;
(3) Plan and provide Exercise Support;
(4) Plan and provide Testing Support. This requires a minimum of 1 year experience in working with the with the Joint Modernization Command; knowledgeable in both Air and Missile Defense and Field Artillery Operations; and provide support from CDI Cell at Fort Bliss, Texas
(5) Plan and provide Modeling and Simulation (M&S) Support.
The Senior Operations Analyst provides leadership and is the overarching general specialist with considerably more knowledge than the entry and mid-level military operations analyst. The operations analyst develops and revises supporting work plans; prepares task order plans; conducts reviews and edits documents. The operations analyst proposes innovative approaches to technical problems; drafts statements of work; develops requirements documents and concept of operations documents; develops operations manuals; conducts site surveys, writes after action reports; participates in meetings and telephone conferences with customers; writes meetings summaries, progress reports, and position papers. The operations analyst prepares briefings and reports; conducts presentations; conducts analysis; develops work plans, schedules, and budget estimates; attends conferences and exchanges technical data, and provides general scientific, engineering and technical assistance.
Experience levels are generally expected to indicate from 0-5 years performing relevant tasks for “entry level” personnel, 5-12 years for “mid level” personnel, and 12 years for “senior” personnel, but may vary based on company policies, types of jobs help, levels of responsibility exercised, and educations levels.
