Job Description
Crown has an opening for a motivated Senior Simulation Engineer to support work in the California Bay area. Engineers will work with researchers to customize distributed real-time simulations to fulfill research requirements, generate and validate research data, and provide support during simulations to ensure research goals are met.
Senior Simulation Engineer duties include:
Being responsible for simulation experiment management and engineering activities.Integrating and refining requirements from simulation experiment customer.Designing, implementing, and modifying aircraft math models per customer requirements.Testing and verifying models to meet required operational performance requirements.
Qualifications
EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Aeronautics, Aeronautical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
EXPERIENCE:
Over five years experience (individuals with over 15 years experience may qualify for a more senior position). Experience in simulation experiment management and engineering activities.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be U.S. citizen and must be clearable for a Public Trust position.
