Job Description
Maintain and enhance web portal that supports authenticated user access to real-time situational awareness tool for the FAA. You will be a significant contributor in a small development team focused on delivering 24x7 operational software products in a continuous release environment. Will be responsible for managing all aspects of a customer-facing website, including updates to user accounts, security management. Will be principal web design UX lead, including site layout, visual features, and graphics. Opportunity to expand role to multiple projects after the first year.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications Required:
Bachelors degree in related field.5 years experience as web developer or related (e.g. programmer, HW engineer, SW engineer).Current clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance.
Experience Desired:Wireframe/layout a website or web application.Write HTML and CSS from scratch.Take a PSD and turn it into a working website.Add interactivity to a website with JavaScript (or jQuery).Write a basic application in an object-oriented programming language like Ruby or Python or PHP.Dojo and Kendo UI.
