Ironclad Technology Services has an opening for a Business Intelligence Developer to join our growing company. Due to the nature of the work, only U.S. Citizens will be considered for this position.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITES:
• Work within a team to assist in design, development and support of integrated enterprise business intelligence (BI) front-end solutions
• Provide BI front-end solutions/capabilities to the BI user community
• Participate in for requirements gathering and project activities of BI Projects
• Provide support on BI front-end tool training when necessary
• Interact with users and leadership to provide solutions to their reporting and analytical needs
• Participate in meetings and planning/design reviews
• Respond to ad hoc report request and issues
• Must be flexible and capable of juggling multiple priorities and willing to do what it takes to meet critical deadlines
• Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
• Familiarity with Statistical Reporting and Historical Trending
• Familiarity with Multidimensional Analysis, DMR, Dimensional Hierarchies and Data Warehousing
• Familiarity with SQL, RDBMS, OLTP and OLAP systems
• Experience working with business executives, engineers, managers, database developers, QA testers, internal customers and external partners
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science, IT, or similar technical discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of BI Development experience
• At least 2 years of Cognos experience, with strong Cognos development skills, specifically Report Studio and Cognos Workspace
• U.S. Citizen with a Current or Active Secret Clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)
• Understanding of, or interest in, Navy financial management reporting practices, supply chain management and audit readiness initiatives
• Preferred - DOD-8570 IAT-II Certification (CompTIA Security+ or equivalent)
