Ironclad Technology Services LLC, a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business has an opening for a System Administrator (DHS Cyber Support) to join our growing company in multiple locations in the Northern Virginia area (specific cities include Fairfax, McClean and Ballston). Due to the nature of the work, only U.S. Citizens will be considered for this position.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of servers, desktop computers, printers, routers, switches, firewalls, software deployment, security updates and patches at all assigned National Coordinating Center operating locations.
• Maintain network servers such as file servers, VPN gateways, intrusion detection systems and physical/virtual networks.
• Maintain/configure multiple vendor specific devices to include routers and switches.
• Efficiently facilitate and expedite the tracking, handling, and reporting of all security events and computer incidents in accordance with government procedures.
• Evaluate and perform incident escalation and mitigation techniques in accordance with customer guidelines.
• Work with other Team members to ensure an effective and efficient cyber incident management system is implemented based on Federal government customer guidance.
• Analyze network traffic and various log data along with source information to determine the threat against the network, recommend appropriate countermeasures, and assess/mitigate damage.
• Familiar with hardware/software and system lifecycle processes.
• Maintain integrity of the network, server deployment, and security in accordance with applicable regulatory and departmental policies and procedures.
• Perform monthly server and workstation patching updates and remediation techniques.
• Create and deploy Window images along with archiving files as required.
• Familiar with Symantec Endpoint Protection Management and Group Object Policy (GPO) Management and Implementation and Nessus tools.
• Assist in creating and maintaining system documentation ensuring the certification and accreditation of system remains intact throughout the system's Authority to Operate lifecycle.
• Implement Information Security Vulnerability Management, Alerts, Technical Advisories and Bulletins in accordance with Component/Organization policies.
• Provide technical support and recommendations in maintaining the integrity, accessibility, and confidentiality of the information system's Authority to Operate in coordination with the Information Systems Security Officer and associated artifacts.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Suggested areas of study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Assurance/Security, Engineering, Software Engineering, Mathematics or Business Management
• 3+ years of experience involving work directly related to listed skill areas o If the above is not met, the following will be considered:
• Degrees from a designated CAEIAE and/or 3+ years directly related experience involving work related to Information Technology, Cyber Security, Security Control Evaluation and implementation of IT programs involving security, incident or risk management
• Demonstration of experience in leading Information Security IA/Compliance groups
• Possession and demonstrated application of the following certifications: o Core: MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, ISC, CAP o Related: CISSP, CISM, ISC, ISSMP, CompTIA, SANs GIAC, PMP
• US Citizen.
• Top Secret clearance required.
