Mr. Rogers Windows, the exclusive purveyor of Renewal by Andersen windows, is growing and we are looking to increase our sales team. As a Design Specialist you will build a relationship with your clients as you assist them in the design and management of their window and door projects.
QUALIFIED AND CONFIRMED APPOINTMENTS PROVIDED!!
Our goal is to help you succeed! The position includes:
Paid training.
All sales tools and samples are provided.
No cold calling required.
All you need to succeed is discipline, a positive can-do attitude and an outstanding work ethic.

Base salary
Commission + bonuses
