The Program Manager will be directly involved in the management of C4ISR/Electronic Security Systems (ESS). The PM manages the acquisition, software development, and life cycle support of C4ISR/ESS.

Duties of the Program Manager include supervising, directing, reviewing and coordinating work performed by other supervisory contractor staff while maintaining effective liaison with Government technical and contracting personnel and maintaining knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

Required Education and Experience: A Bachelors degree in Electrical/ Electronic/ Computer Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Management Information Systems from an Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) accredited program or a Masters degree in Business Administration with 50% of core curriculum completed towards a Bachelors degree in one of the majors cited above.

Fifteen (15) years of technical experience in a management position that requires dealing with Communications, Cryptographic and related C4ISR and or ESS systems to include at least seven (7) of the most recent years of experience in the acquisition, software development, and life cycle support of Navy or Marine Corps afloat or ashore Electronic Systems - primarily Communications, Cryptographic and other C4I systems. The fifteen years experience must include working in a management position for a minimum of three (3) years supervising, directing, reviewing and coordinating work performed by other supervisory contractor staff while maintaining effective liaison with Government technical and contracting personnel and maintaining knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures.

Desired Experience: Prior Experience working with DoD electronic security systems / force protection systems and programs specifically the Enhanced Tactical Automated Security System (ETASS).

Electronic Security Systems and surveillance experience, as well as design, installation and management experience is highly valued. Electrical, network, and or civil engineering qualifications is also desired.
